I ordered two handles for a new front door to decide what finish would look better (satin nickel or aged bronze). Preferred the aged bronze, but parts were missing so ordered another handle. The second replacement handle was also missing parts - a deadbolt and a striker. Needed to lock the door so will have to pick up both parts and pay extra money for what should have been included. Very frustrating.
