A craftsman who made me some custom furniture recommended this product, which was not available at either my local Home Depot or Lowe's. There was a gap between the ceiling and my new kitchen cabinets from my house settling.
As the name implies, this caulk will "stretch" up to three times the original gap without pulling apart or cracking. I only had to fill a max gap of 1/4", but the Big Stretch Web site stated this product will fill a 2" gap. Unlike many other caulking materials, Big Stretch is paintable. This really is the Cadillac of caulks. Scraping out the old caulking was the hard part. I did the project myself and the results look great.
