As a previous owner of a morning industry lock I can attest this lock is very sturdy and works as indicated. It is easy to install and the directions are straight forward. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because in previous versions of the lock a person would only have to turn the knob to exit (not entering). In this new version you have to manually unlock it first in order for the lock to disengage and then turn the knob. The company is aware of this and they call it a safety feature. It is somewhat annoying to have to unlock the lock before exiting (NOT ENTERING) a doorway. Other than that the lock is top knotch!
The merchant shipped the product the same day and it arrived without any inconvenience.
