The thing that sold us on this handle was the SmartKey function. This is seriously awesome! Why aren't they ALL like this?!?! It was a breeze to do and works great. The handles was about average in installation difficulty. It looks nice. The only thing that I don't like about it is the cylinder on the deadbolt is a little finicky when locking/unlocking it. The key kind of gets stuck and take a little jiggle to get it to engage properly. Also, the cylindar feels a little more wiggly than it should and more so than the last one we had. The SmartKey function is a MAJOR plus in my book, but I'm worried the deadbolt cylinder will break, so overall 3 stars.
