I gave this 3 stars, because I think the product itself deserves 5 stars, but the seller deserves 1 star. Love the handleset - beautiful and sturdy lock, as expected with Baldwin. Price of $125 was great as well. However, you can find it from other sellers for the same price. I ordered this lock from dealyard, and was very disappointed to find the Baldwin box completely ripped and worn looking (and it was shipped in a bigger box, so the Baldwin box did not get destroyed in transit to me). The Handleset was half hanging off the piece of carboard backing it was supposed to be affixed to in the box and shoved in. Very much appears to have been a return. I haven't had my husband install the lock yet, but it appears to me that all of the pieces are there, I'm just disappointed that dealyard would send me a product that had clearly been opened and very poorly put back together and taken care of, especially for $125. Bottom line, as long as all of the pieces are there, I'm happy with the product itself, but will not be ordering from dealyard.com again.
